Looking Forward...

It's past 2 am in the morning of March 27, 2014, I'm still wide awake. Just had the best conversation with someone I used to know from 5th grade... This guy and I were not that close way back grade school, I could hardly recognize and recall a single moment of conversation exchanged with him nor any simple glimpse of him during those times. All I could remember about him was he was that kid who was never noisy at class, the reason why I didnt have the chance to chit-chat with him simply because I was the opposite...

Getting Along...

Exchange of conversation started 7 months ago via messenger. That day I was preoccupied with work, in order for me to forget my gloomy-ending relationship, i settled to start and end my day by caring for the sick and the well patients at the hospital. At the end of my 8 hours PM shift (3 pm til 11 pm), after some freshen up, before I go to bed its my daily routine to check mails and messages from Facebook (like most of us do of course), i was browsing over my news feeds when a notification pop-up and it says 'you have a new message'.

Catching things up...

The message started it all... A simple 'hi' and 'hello' ended to hours and hours of conversation. It given us the chance to get to know each other well. To feel that despite tiresome day, we have each other to share every details of anything and everything that happen to us during that day, especially me, for having the toxic shifts. We would talk anything that would interest us, basically our elementary days. Our favorite teachers, sets of friends, classroom, activities in school, good and not so good classmates and our crushes. It was something new to me, something different, something I find exciting. I was never bored. I have lots to share about. I feel extremely excited and overwhelmed with those simple conversations.

I would always tell him "maybe, destiny never gives us a chance to get along 19 years ago so that there is a lot of things for us to catch up today and make a lot of things to talk about tomorrow.... ♥"
