Deli: Chicken Pita



Ingredients: Chicken Breast, Ranch or Thousand Island Dressing, Pickle relish, Pita bread.

How to: Boil water until tender. Let boiled chicken cool the shred. Combine shredded chicken, diced carrots and pickle relish in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pat lettuce leaves, dry with paper towels. Spread butter on outside of Pita bread and toast it lightly. Stuffed lettuce first then, chicken mixture into a pita bread.

Add-on’s: A slice of cheese for a yummy chicken-pita melt.
