DELI: Wrapped Franks


Ingredients: 
Frankfurters, Tortilla Wraps, Diced Carrots

How to: 
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, Sauté German Franks in the butter for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Spread remaining butter on the tortillas and heat lightly with the lettuce leaves. Arrange the cooked franks on the leaves and roll the tortillas to enclose the filling completely. Garnish with carrot. If desired, cut diagonal before serving.

Add-on’s: 
wrap the franks in bacon or add all the condiments usually added on hotdog sandwiches like mustard, ketchup, and pickle relish for a different twist and a touch of Ceasar or blue cheese dressing.
