DELI: Grilled Cheese


Ingredients:
White bread, Butter, Cheddar Cheese Slices

How to:
Trim bread if desired. Spread butter on one side of each bread. Arrange a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of the bread. Top with another slice of bread, butter side outward, to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining bread and cheese. Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat. Put the sandwich on a heated pan and press the sandwich lightly with a pancake turned or heat proof spatula. Cook for about 1 minute or the bottom side of the sandwich turns golden brown. Flip the sandwich over and brown the other side. Repeat process with remaining sandwich.

Add-on’s:
Add a slice of ham or turkey for a quick protein.
